Note: Book requests should be sent via the relevant departments with a cover letter.
2) THESIS REQUEST FORM
Note: You can use this form to request theses that have not been granted access permission by the Council of Higher Education; based on Article 38 of the Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works, which regulates the right of personal use, stating that "All intellectual and artistic works may be reproduced for personal use without profit. However, this reproduction cannot harm the legitimate interests of the rights holder without a justifiable reason or be contrary to the normal use of the work," within the framework of the "TÜBESS Participation Protocol."
3) INTERLIBRARY PUBLICATION REQUEST FORM
Note: You can use this form to request books on loan from other university libraries.
